PHR is a tool which can be used with promising positive outcomes to the existing health issues. This is not a new concept, but electronic PHR is a newly emerging concept all over the world. This web portal is dedicated to make awareness about PHR systems and its massive effects in future health management.

This system is based on the thesis MSc in Biomedical Informatics, post graduate institution of medicine, University of Colombo.
